Constitutional Carry Petition

To: My Elected Officials

WHEREAS: Michigan's 'Red Flag' Gun Confiscation law allows gun owners to be stripped of their rights without due process; and

WHEREAS: Under these so-called 'risk protection orders,' guns could be taken away from law-abiding citizens just because someone complains about them; and

WHEREAS: These schemes violate the Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments to the United States Constitution and Article 1, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution; and

WHEREAS: Gun confiscation orders have a chilling effect on free speech by frightening gun owners into not speaking out about their beliefs for fear of having their guns seized by the state.

THEREFORE: I urge you to wholeheartedly do everything in your power to REPEAL Michigan's 'Red Flag' Gun Confiscation law. Great Lakes Gun Rights will keep me informed of your actions.

Dear Fellow Patriot,

Hundreds of 'Red Flag' petitions have been filed to have government agents strip someone of their gun rights without due process since 'Red Flag' Gun Confiscation became law.

Great Lakes Gun Rights is working relentlessly to REPEAL this draconian law and restore the right to keep and bear arms in Michigan.

Governor Whitmer and anti-gun Democrats in the Legislature rammed 'Red Flag' Gun Confiscation down the throats of Michiganders in 2023.

With Republicans now in control of the Michigan House of Representatives, we’re now working to undo the damage done to our rights.

So, we need as many law-abiding gun owners as possible to stand up and demand their legislators vote to repeal this due process-shredding 'Red Flag' Gun Confiscation law.

Please sign your petition to Repeal 'Red Flag' Gun Confiscation right away and make a donation of $25 or more to receive a Wolverine 'Don’t Tread on Me' T-Shirt!
